ROAD CLOSINGS AND TRAFFIC ADVISORIES

THE FOLLOWING ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

UPDATED – [MDOT]  I-110 (at the draw bridge) will have the south-bound, right lane closed beginning Tuesday, August 23rd at 8:00 p.m. through Wednesday, August 24th at 5:00 a.m. to allow inspections of the bridge.        -updated  8/23/16

[MDOT]  I-110 (at the draw bridge) will have north-bound and south-bound lane closures beginning Monday, August 22nd through Thursday, August 25th and again from Monday August 29th through Thursday, September 1st to allow inspections of the bridge.  These closures will be in effect during the evening hours (8:00 p.m. till 5:00 a.m.) each day.  At least one lane will remain open to traffic during the work.    -posted 8/19/16

US Highway 90 (at Pine Grove Avenue) will have the West-bound right lane closed beginning Monday, August 22nd through Wednesday, August 24th.  This closure will be in effect during working hours (7:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.) each day.   -posted 8/17/16v

Seal Avenue (from Thelma Street to Division Street) will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, June 6th through Friday, August 26th.  This closure will be in effect during working hours (7:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.) each day.   -posted 6/3/16  -updated 8/17/16

Benachi Avenue (from Division Street to Howard Avenue) will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, March 21st through Friday, August 26th.  This closure will be in effect during working hours (7:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.) each day.   -posted 3/22/16     -updated 8/8/16

Hudson-Krohn Road (from Old Hwy 67 to Biloxi City Limits) will have one lane closed to through traffic beginning Tuesday, August  2nd to allow utility work.  This closure is expected to be in effect during the work week (Monday through Friday) during working hours (8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.) for approximately three months.  Flaggers will be present to help direct traffic.   -posted 6/24/16v   -updated 8/2/16

Division Street (from Lee Street to Oak Street) will be closed to through traffic through Friday, August 26th.  This closure will be in effect 24 hours a day.   -posted 4/22/16  -updated 8/1/16

Croesus Street (from Bayview Avenue to Elder Street) will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, March 21st through Friday, August 26th.  This closure will be in effect during working hours (7:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.) each day.   -posted 3/22/16    -updated 8/1/16

Holly Bluff Circle will have intermittent one lane closures beginning Thursday, July 28th to allow crews to install sewer mains. This one lane closure is expected to be in effect during weekdays for approximately two to three months.  Flaggers may be present to direct motorists along or around lane closures; please use caution when driving through the work zones.    -posted 7/27/16

Easy Lane (north of and near the intersection of Cedar Lake Road) will have intermittent one lane closures to through traffic beginning Wednesday, July 27th to allow crews to install sewer mains. This one lane closure is expected to be in effect during weekdays (Monday through Friday) during the hours of 9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. for approximately three to four weeks.    -posted 7/22/16

Esposito Street (from Iroquois Street to Seal Avenue) will be closed to through traffic beginning Thursday, January 21st through Friday, August 26th.  This closure will be in effect 24 hours-a-day.    -posted 2/23/16   -updated 7/22/16

Division Street (from Porter Avenue to Hopkins Boulevard) will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, March 21st until further notice.  This closure will be in effect 24 hours each day until completion.   -posted 3/17/16    -updated 7/19/16

Cedar Lake Road (between I-10 to Spring Lane) can expect intermittent lane shifts beginning Tuesday, July 19th through Saturday, October 15th for paving work.  Please use caution while traveling through the work zones.   -posted 7/18/16

Popp’s Ferry Road (between Cedar Lake Road and Lamey Street) can expect intermittent lane shifts while crews continue to pave then route traffic along new lanes.  No detours are planned, but orange traffic cones and barrels will mark shifts of travel lanes and work areas.  Weather permitting, paving work can be expected for the next few months.  Please use caution while traveling through the work zones.  In advance, thank you for your patience and cooperation during this roadway widening project.   -posted 7/13/16

Back Bay Boulevard (between Holley Street and Crawford StreetThis section of roadway is now opened to all through traffic. At times, we may have it closed down to one (1) lane of traffic.   -posted 1/13/16  -updated 5/5/16

Magnolia Street and Bradford Street (North of Division Street) will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, March 21st through Thursday, March 24th(reopen for the holiday) and will close again starting March 28th until completion of gas main.   -posted 3/22/16

Meadows Avenue on Keesler AFB at the Forrest Avenue Intersection will be changing from two lanes each way to three lanes entering the base and one lane exiting beginning Monday, January 25th.  This change will be in effect Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. until further notice.  Keesler-bound drivers are asked to not us DeSoto Street in order to bypass traffic.    -posted 1/19/16
