ALL ROAD
CLOSINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER OR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

*MDOT
ALERT: EAST BOUND I-10 BETWEEN I-110 AND
HWY. 609 will be undergoing resurfacing
beginning today, Monday, February 8th through Friday, February 12th
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
This construction will have a high traffic impact so please avoid this
area if at all possible.
*MDOT
ALERT: HWY. 49 FROM 13TH ST.
TO 15TH ST. ALL DIRECTIONS INSIDE LANES will be under
construction beginning Monday, February 8th through Friday, February
12th from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Traffic impact will be moderate.
**HOWARD
AVE. FROM HOPKINS BLVD. TO BOHN ST. This
sewer main repair closure has been postponed and will begin on Monday, February
8th through Wednesday, February 10th. Hopkins Blvd. or
Bohn St. are suggested for detour routes around the
work area.
*FLOYD
DRIVE FROM TANGLEWOOD DR. TO GREENWOOD DR. will be closed beginning Thursday, February 4th
through Wednesday, February 10th for sewer manhole replacement.
*ESTERS
BLVD. FROM LEE ST. TO ALEXANDER AVE.
WESTBOUND LN. will be closed beginning
Thursday, February 4th through Monday, March 1st for
installation of new storm drain.
**TWO
LANES OF PASS ROAD AT KEESLER AFB, GATE 7 & PASS ROAD & RODEO DRIVE
INTERSECTION are closed due to
construction. However access and exit to
the base will still be available from the other two lanes. Detour signs will be present for the Rodeo Dr./Pass Rd. intersection closure. Currently the south side is under
construction. The updated\ completion date for
this project is approximately Monday, February 15th.
**JIM
BYRD ROAD is closed to
through traffic and this closure is extended through Friday, February 19th. Working hours will be from 8:00 am till 5:00
pm each day. Traffic will be detoured to
Lorraine Rd. Detour signs will be
posted. Please avoid this area if
possible.
BRODIE
RD. FROM HENGEN LANE TO DESTINY WAY will
be completely closed through Sunday, February 28th. Flagmen and detour signs are present. Please avoid this area if at all possible as
only the residents and school bus will be allowed.
BRODIE
ROAD will be closed to through traffic for
the duration of that reconstruction project which will be approximately
fourteen (14) months (November 2010).
Signs and flagmen will be present.
Residents are urged to drive with extra caution. More specific closures will be announced as
they occur. Thank you for your
