Located in the downtown district, the Saenger Theater is a large historic theater that is host to numerous performing art and city events! The Saenger Theater was constructed in 1929 and opened in 1930 with the showing of Paramount’s first all taking movie “Interference”.  The Theater became a city building in 1975 and has since got through several needed renovations.  The Saenger Theater may be rented upon availability.  For reservation information, click here.
