The Port Division office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The office is currently located in a trailer next to the Community Development building at 676 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Commercial Docking Facility
747 Beach Blvd.

The CDF docks provide berthing space for the local shrimping fleet and during the shrimp season some boats sell their "fresh catch" at the docks.

This facility is usable.

This facility is open.


Kuhn Street Pier & Boat Launching Ramp

Public Pier & Boat Launching Ramp

Currently, the ramp is usable and the pier is not. The pier will be rebuilt at a later date.


Lighthouse Fishing Docks
586 Bayview Ave.

The Lighthouse Fishing Docks is a docking facility providing berthing space for the local and regional shrimping fleet on the Back Bay of Biloxi.

This facility is usable.

Oak Street Pier & Boat Launching Ramp

Public Pier & Boat Launching Ramp

Currently, this facility is not able to be used. It will be rebuilt with completion at a later date.

This is a public pier that is currently unusable. It will be rebuilt at a later date.

This pier is currently open.


Popps Ferry Boat Launching Ramp
On the Tchoutacabouffa River at Popps Ferry

Boat Launching Ramp which is currently usable.


Popp's Ferry Causeway Park

The Popp's Ferry Causeway, currently under development, includes a boardwalk and opportunites for walking, cycling, jogging, fishing and crabbing. A boat launch ramp and trailer parking area is included. The amenities include:

This is a public Pier which is currently usable.


Porter Avenue South Pier
Porter Ave. at US Hwy. 90

Public Pier

This pier is unusable but will be rebuilt at a later date.


Small Craft Harbor
679 Beach Blvd.

The Biloxi Small Craft Harbor is located in downtown “Ole Biloxi”. The building was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina but will be rebuilt with completion sometime in June of 2008.
The boat ramp is still usable and available to local fisherman.

West Biloxi Pier

This pier was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina but it will be rebuilt at a later date.
