RESOLUTION NO.

RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE

 FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER

WHEREAS, on July 3, 2001, by Resolution Number 422-01, the Biloxi City Council established monthly meeting dates and times; and

WHEREAS, normally the Biloxi City Council meets on the first, third and fourth Tuesday of each month; and

WHEREAS, during the month of  September, the City Council would normally meet on September 7, 2010; September 21, 2010, and September 28, 2010; and

WHEREAS, during the month of September, due to the necessity of adopting the Budget prior to September 15, 2010, the City Council will meet on the first, second and third Tuesday, those dates being September 7, 2010; September 14, 2010, and September 21, 2010, and they will not meet on September 28, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, THAT the City Council will conduct their meetings for the month of  September 2010, on September 7, 2010; September 14, 2010, and September 21, 2010.
