Financial Information

The Department of Administration, which is headed by the Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for overseeing the divisions of Purchasing, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems and Contracts/Capital Projects Management.

Additionally, the Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for assisting the mayor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of city government, and carrying out policies established by the City Council.

The mayor's office, known as the Executive Division, also includes the office of Municipal Clerk, who oversees the mayor's staff and coordinates elections and other special events; Public Affairs Manager; and Special Events. The Department of Administration is in City Hall and the City Hall annex.
