The City of Biloxi holds annual Black History Month Program – February 2010

The City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department holds its annual Black History Month Program on Thursday, February 25 at 6 p.m. The Program will be at the Biloxi Community Center which is located at 591 Howard Avenue.

The public is invited to join the City of Biloxi for an evening of diverse festivities through the celebration of the history and contributions of African Americans to the American life. This free event will include the St. Paul’s Gospel Choir, the Boys and Girls Club Drumline, speakers from the Vietnamese and Hispanic communities, dance groups, food, and fellowship.

The Black History Month Program is a City of Biloxi event and is co-sponsored by the Beau Rivage.
