RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients
2 cups of blueberries
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
1 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter
Cooking Directions
Wash blueberries. Combine cleaned blueberries, water and 1 cup of sugar in a medium pot. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, melt butter. Mix in flour, sugar and milk to make the batter. Pour blueberries and juice over the batter. Bake at 350 F, until golden brown and bubbly.
