Community-minded businesses and volunteers have a chance to be a part of Biloxi’s
Community Festival Against Crime, which takes place Nov. 2, from noon until 3 on the Biloxi Town Green.
“We’re looking for businesses and individuals who want to sponsor, volunteer or donate their time or services to this event,” said Biloxi Police John Miller. “It’s a great event that promotes neighborhood unity and pride, and it strengthens the partnerships between the city and the police department.”
The free event uses a festive, block party-type atmosphere, with police and fire exhibits, plus games, prizes, and giveaways for children and adults. Free food and soft drinks are also provided.
