TEAM LODGING

All
participants should arrive Wednesday, July 20 before 7
pm. Rooms will be complimentary for umpires, managers,
coaches and players. The host Hotel is the President Casino Broadwater
Resort located at 2110 Beach Blvd, 1-228-385-3500. (A representative from each team must provide a credit card at check-in
to cover any additional charges for each room, (phone calls, damages, etc). Rooms
will be available for check-in on Wednesday, July 20 after 4 pm. Five
rooms have
been reserved for each team. The number of rooms assigned to each team will
be based on the number of players per team: 12 players or less four
rooms, 13 or more players, five rooms. Rooms are
reserved for each team. You do not need to confirm rooms with the hotel. Should
a team decide not to accept our accommodations and policies, you will be
responsible
for providing rooms at your own expense.
Managers:
you shall have one adult (manager, coach, parent or volunteer)
to stay in and be responsible for each of
the rooms assigned to your team. One adult and three players per room.
The Hotel Management/Security
reserves the right to require you to leave their hotel if
there is damage to any of your
team’s rooms or complaints of noisy and/or unruly players
disturbing other hotel guests. Also, the DA for Mississippi
District 2 Little League reserves the right to require your
team to leave the hotel for any physical altercation between
participants on the hotel property. If this happens rooms will no longer be complimentary, and
you will be responsible
for relocating your team to another hotel.

Managers, coaches
