Mayor Gilich’s Christmas message

“During this holiday season, my wife Serena and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the great people of Biloxi and the Mississippi Coast for the tremendous support and sincere good wishes they have blessed upon us this year.

“I was humbled when my hometown elected me to serve as its Mayor. It’s the greatest honor of my life and brings with it a responsibility that I will never ignore. I have worked closely with the city staff to serve the public interest in Biloxi, and with my colleagues across the Coast to advance our region and provide for all its people a more prosperous future.

“My promise to you is that we will continue to work hard for our city, and continue to support our neighbors in a unified effort to elevate the quality of life and create opportunities for our children and grandchildren to realize their full potential right here at home.

“Finally, Serena and I wish each of you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.”
