
Over the past 10 years, the City of Biloxi has spent an average of $16.1 million each year on major improvement projects , including work to improve streets and drainage, or building new roads and new city facilities.
The FY '07 capital projects budget is $53 million, with another $60 million working its way through the FEMA pipeline.
