This week in economic development, Hidden Springs received DEQ approval, and obtained the site preparation permit for the proposed 411 lot single family phased subdivision to be located in north Biloxi off Woodland Hills Drive. Infrastructure plans are being finalized and should be submitted to our engineering department sometime next week.
Also this week Baja Beach Biloxi Restaurant is in full renovation mode, work has resumed on Kelly’s Bar and Grill in what was the proposed Blind Tiger structure, and Hyatt Place is moving forward with the foundation for the new hotel. Building permits were issued for 2 new single family houses and plans were received for 6 more.
