Marlin Miller, who with his wife and sister were Mardi Gras guests of Mayor A.J. Holloway and the Hard Rock Hotel, spent some time after Mardi Gras putting finishing touches on his last scheduled carving in Biloxi, egrets and a whale's tale, just south of the Biloxi City Cemetery.
