Comprehensive Plan initial public input, Day 2

Here are photographs from the initial public meetings to gather input for the city's update of its comprehensive plan. This meeting was held Wednesday, Sept. 17 at the Joppa Shrine Temple in Woolmarket. Meetings were conducted in east Biloxi, at the Biloxi Community Center, and west Biloxi, at the Donal Snyder Community Center.
