Dozens of visitors turned out for tours of the Biloxi City Cemtery on Thursday, Oct. 30. Students from Biloxi and St. Patrick Catholic high schools portrayed noted Biloxians buried in the cemetery, and Mayor A.J. Holloway will recognized contractor Kenneth R.
