This week in Community Development, the Development Review Committee approved (with minor modifications) the site plan for the 12,000 sq. ft. professional and retail center to be located at the northwest corner of Lorraine and Woolmarket Roads. Also this week, we completed the plans review for the addition to the Biloxi Natatorium. The new addition will provide a classroom, additional restrooms, concession area and storage. Plans were also submitted for two new single family homes, and building permits were issued for two more.
