The Code Enforcement Division of the Community Development Department deals with properties where a complaint has been filed. Those complaints can include such issues as high grass, unsecure structures and other possible code violations. Once receiving a complaint, the Code Enforcement staff investigates to determine if a violation exists. Then, the enforcement process begins.
