RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, Poulos-Hebert & Associates has submitted an agreement for appraisal services related to easement acquisition necessary for the scope of work included within the Hurricane Katrina Infrastructure Repair Program, Project No. KG645, Infrastructure Easement Acquisitions; and

WHEREAS, said services will be performed for a fee of $1,400.00 for each appraisal report; and

WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of Richard Sullivan, Director of Public Works, and Damon Torricelli, City Engineer, to enter into an agreement for appraisal services related to easement acquisition necessary for the scope of work included within the Hurricane Katrina Infrastructure Repair Program, Project No. KG645, Infrastructure Easement Acquisitions. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, THAT:

SECTION ONE: The findings, conclusions, and statement of fact contained in the foregoing preamble are hereby adopted, ratified and incorporated herein.

SECTION TWO: The Mayor and/or Municipal Clerk be and are hereby authorized to accept, enter into, and execute the agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, submitted by Poulos-Hebert & Associates for appraisal services related to easement acquisition necessary for the scope of work included within the Hurricane Katrina Infrastructure Repair Program, Project No. KG645, Infrastructure Easement Acquisitions.  

SECTION THREE: The Mayor and/or Municipal Clerk be and are hereby authorized to accept the agreement submitted by Poulos-Hebert & Associates for appraisal services related to easement acquisition necessary for the scope of work included within the Hurricane Katrina Infrastructure Repair Program, Project No. KG645, Infrastructure Easement Acquisitions.
