The City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Special Needs Mardi Gras Ball and Dance on Saturday, February 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Donal Snyder Community Center, 2520 Pass Road.
All physically and mentally challenged children, adults, and their parents are invited to come out to this free event and celebrate the Mardi Gras season. A King, Queen, Grand Duke, and Duchess will be crowned by random drawing of names.
Refreshments will be available and a local DJ will emcee the event. Security will also be provided.
