This photographic montage of the people and places of Biloxi was created in 2004 by Journal Communications Inc. of Franklin, Tenn., which publishes community and specialty magazines nationwide.

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, this video serves as a poignant reminder of what Biloxi was, and, as Mayor A.J. Holloway has vowed, will be again.
